Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sliders

Looking for an easy weeknight meal that requires little work? Look no further because I got you covered with this super easy, 5 ingredient crockpot BBQ Chicken Slider Recipe! I could go on about how much my family loves this, the dogs like the leftovers, but I’m a busy Mom so I’ll just show you the recipe!


4-6 chicken breasts
1 bottle BBQ sauce (We Prefer Sweet Baby Ray’s)
1 can crushed pineapple
8oz Sliced Provolone Cheese
Mini slider buns (King’s Hawaiian Rolls Work Best
Condiments of choice such as Ranch, Thousand Island dressing, and relish

(Jake and Meadow perfer the ranch, I like the thousand island/relish combo


1. Place chicken in crockpot and cover with BBQ sauce and crushed pineapples
2.Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 (you know your crockpot best!)
3.Once cooked, Shred chicken by stirring with a fork or slotted spoon, ideally it will shred and soak up the sauce.
4.When ready to serve, slice each bun and place on toaster oven tray or baking sheet for oven, toast for approximately 5 minutes or bake at 450 for 5 minutes, then top with chicken mixture and condiments of your choice!

Serve with a side salad or other side of choice

Note: If you forgot pineapples use a dash of sugar and 4 banana peppers or a scoop of relish!
